Politically, I lean toward this Kennedy not that one. I mean not Bobby’s son RFK Junior. Sometimes he makes sense, but if he cannot get the endorsement of his cousin Caroline, I cannot give him mine. Caroline was the ambassador to Japan for the second Obama term but now is the Ambassador for the U.S. to Australia.
I do not count the gentleman from down in Louisiana. Caroline was the Ambassador to Japan in the second Obama term, and for her brief time, she made connections to earlier times. I beg you to listen.
I have found FACE BOOk people in the last few days reminding me and you of when JFK was assassinated. I worry that many failed to study that history, or were you living, as I was, at that time?
I address only one small part of that story – the gun.
An Italian Carano M91/38 bolt-action rifle was used. Simple? Should Lee Harvey Oswald have used an AR-15 or an AK-47? He could not have because those were not available. From the Zapruder film over the years, it was proved that there were 3 bullets. There was a single bullet theory that did not seem plausible over the years but was thought to be the truth in the Warren Report.
Now all of you who think the 2nd Amendment should apply to AR-15s and AK-47s, I ask of you if the mass shooters of the last 10 or 12 years (school houses and church houses) had been limited to 3 rounds from a bolt action, would the 2nd Amendment still be intact and would hundreds of lives have been saved?
